PRINCIPLES

Our training program is built upon twelve foundational principles, which are specifically designed to work with human nature instead of against it. They are also personally challenging because they require us to give up dominance and control, put aside our own self-interest, and diminish our use of punishments and rewards. In the end, however, they give us a stable framework to hold onto and they create the perfect conditions wherein people intrinsically begin to lead, govern, and motivate themselves.

Like a wristwatch, we move clockwise from one principle to the next at each of our training sessions. Every time, after we go all the way around, we start over. Although the principles remains the same, the material is always fresh, thought provoking, and new. The curriculum is designed to allow you to join us at any time.
